Urban Assault Vehicle Purchase

Well I guess by the time I post this most people will have made up there mind one way or another on the purchase of this Urban Assault Vehicle for the Detroit Police Department. The local newpapers will put there spin on this along with the TVnews outlets. Here's one point the news papers or tv new stations will not admit, they don't have to fight crime in the streets. The only thing the media is good for in Detroit is selling there products to those who find fault with Detroit regardless of the situation. Buying this GPV UAV is a great ideal considering what local police have to put up with when dealing with the criminal element with regards to drug trafficking in the city. The Detroit City Council is expected to approve the purchase of this UAV for drug raids and for use in natural disasters or terrorist attacks. The cost of this vehicle is $743,000 a will be worth every penny. I know though general knowledge that most of the times our officers don't have the equipment to deal with some of these drug criminals and this gives them a different advantage. Yes, Detroit is in a budget dilemna, but that doesn't stop criminals from there craft, so yes I agree with the purchase because our boys in blue in Motown need this Urban Assault Vehicle.

I notice one thing when reading about this story in the Detroit News paper or watching the news that no one reported on that fact the Oakland County purchased one before Detroit, it was never in the newscast or local newspaper? I wonder why? Remember everyone your local newscast and local papers are in the business to make money an sell papers, also to sell advertising during the newscast for profit so they are not there in your interest just there's. So the next time you read or hear a story about Detroit that is negative look at your source and who it came from, do they really have your interest at heart or someones else?
